She has over 21 years of leadership experience in the military and has been a single-mother the majority of her career. She has a strong background in technology, financial services, manufacturing & supply chain, retail, strategic planning & execution, business transformation & scaling, mergers & acquisitions, innovation & product development, digital transformation, operational excellence, fundraising & investor relations, global market expansion, organizational leadership & team building, brand development, and regulatory & compliance leadership, Angel has been instrumental in driving the company’s strategic vision, innovation, and global growth. With a deep passion for digital commerce and modern consumer trends, Angel launched Retail Therapy to deliver stylish, accessible products that resonate with today’s fast-moving, design-savvy audience.

Angel has two handsome children who inspire her to be the best human possible. During her free time, she enjoys fishing with her sons, cooking, baking, gardening, and weightlifting.
